Benefits realisation: still a messy affair!?

Carl Marnewick (Prof.) est professeur à l’Université de Johannesburg, en Afrique du Sud. Benefits realisation is still a messy affair irrespective of the project management approach. Success frameworks from either an IT or a project perspective include benefits realisation as a measure of success. The messy part is that there is still no clarity on the process, the benefit owners, the responsible person for realizing benefits as well as the non-realisation of benefits.
