Midi-conférence – Rethinking stakeholder management – Annette Hallin & Chris Ivory

Drawing on our research on various projects in urban contexts, ranging from large, sustainable, urban development projects, to the organizing of the London Olympics, we will argue for the need to rethink stakeholder management. First, we will discuss that although project management builds on the idea that the project is a means to an end (the project goal), the traditional stakeholder management pre-supposes a project-centric idea whereby the project easily becomes the end in itself. Secondly, we will draw conclusions from this for stakeholder management.

Anette Hallin et Chris Ivory sont tous les deux professeurs à l’Université de Mälardalen à Västerås en Suède. Anette Hallin est spécialisée en management et Chris Ivory en gestion de l’innovation. Ils s’intéressent aux projets, aux organisations temporaires et à la gestion de projet, ainsi qu’à l’innovation et l’utilisation des technologies numériques (par exemple, l’Intelligence Artificielle) dans les projets et dans d’autres types d’organisations.
